Kisco began acquiring properties in 1990 and established its property management company in 1995. Mr. Andrew (Andy) S. Kohlberg is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kisco Senior Living, LLC.
For over 25 years, Kisco has specialized in developing and managing full service rental senior living communities. In 1996, they created their guiding principles, values and beliefs, based on the concepts of integrity, dignity and compassion.
